GREECE

We cooperate with GENIKI TAXYDROMIKI company. In the rare event that the GENIKI TAXYDROMIKI network does not cover the area where you live, your order will be shipped in a different way.

The shipping fee is €5 for purchases under €90.

Orders are shipped within 5 business days. In case the product availability is different, you will be notified of the exact date of delivery. In case we may not execute your order due to a force majeure event (bad weather, strikes, etc.), we will contact you to ask if you still wish your order to be executed.

Please note that if you live farther than 20km away from a town with a courier store or on a remote island, a delay may occur in delivery.

CYPRUS

Shipments to Cyprus are made through ELTA courier company.

The shipping fee is €10 for purchases under €150.

Orders are shipped within 5 business days. Orders are delivered within 1-2 business days from the shipment date. In case the product availability is different, you will be notified of the exact date of delivery. In case we may not execute your order due to a force majeure event (bad weather, strikes, etc.), we will contact you to ask if you still wish your order to be executed.

Please note that if you live farther than 20km away from a town with a courier store, a delay may occur in delivery.

EUROPE

Shipments to Europe are made through ELTA courier company.

The shipping fee is €10 for purchases under €150.

Orders are shipped within 5 business days. Orders are delivered within 1-2 business days from the shipment date in most countries. In case the product availability is different (indicated on the product), you will be notified of the exact date of delivery. In case we may not execute your order due to a force majeure event (bad weather, strikes, etc.), we will contact you to ask if you still wish your order to be executed.

Please note that if you live farther than 20km away from a town with a courier store, a delay may occur in delivery.

Please note the following:

* You may not change the delivery address after your order has left our premises.

* All orders must be signed by the recipient upon delivery.

* In case the courier does not find you at the address you have provided, he will leave you a note to contact him and arrange a new delivery time.

* All orders in Greece are delivered from 09:00 to 20:00 (depending on the delivery area).
